Privacy Notice Regarding Security Cameras Located Within the Service Building of

This privacy notice has been prepared by ECE MERMER TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, acting as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to Be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

For the purpose of ensuring building security, image recording is carried out through a total of 15 security cameras located at the entrance of our service building, around the perimeter of the building, in accounting units, administrative buildings, and factory entrance areas.

The personal data in question are processed automatically based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law, namely that processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

The personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies for the resolution of legal disputes or upon request, as required by applicable legislation.

You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller, by completing and signing the application form available on the Company’s website and submitting it in writing either in person by verifying your identity or via a notary public to the Company’s address at GÜRLEYİK MAH. 601 SOKAK NO:3/1 HONAZ / DENİZLİ. Alternatively, you may submit your request via your verified electronic mail address or through your Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address.

Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the response exceeds 10 (ten) pages, a processing fee of TRY 1.00 (one Turkish Lira) per page will be charged. If the response is requested to be provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, a fee corresponding to the cost of the requested medium will be charged.
